There’s something about March.
Maybe it’s the shift in seasons.
Maybe it’s the pressure of “Q1 almost being over.”
Maybe it’s God gently whispering, “It’s time.”
This month, I’m starting a 90-day transformation — not just physically, but spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and financially.
Not because I hate who I am.
But because I finally see who I’m becoming.
And she requires discipline.
💭 Why I’m Doing a 90-Day Transformation
For the past few years, I’ve struggled with:
Inconsistency
Waking up early but snoozing my calling
Starting routines but not finishing them
Praying for change but avoiding structure
This 90 days is about alignment.
Not perfection.
Not punishment.
Not aesthetic productivity.
Alignment.
With God.
With my goals.
With the woman I know I’m called to be.
🔥 What “March Madness Reset” Means to Me
Everyone talks about March Madness in sports.
But this?
This is my March Discipline Madness.
This is the month I:
Stop negotiating with my alarm
Stop abandoning my routines
Stop waiting to “feel like it”
Stop shrinking
March is my reset button.

Here’s what I’m committing to for the next 31 days:
🌅 Morning (5–9 Before My 9–5 Era)
Wake up at 4:30 AM (no snooze)
Prayer + Devotional
45 min workout (Pilates + glute focus)
Journal (mind dump + gratitude)
Get ready slowly & intentionally
💻 During Work
No doom scrolling
Listen to podcast sermons on break
Drink 80–100 oz water daily
🌙 Evening
Light tidy-up reset
Content batching 2x per week
Read instead of scroll
In bed by 9:30 PM
📖 My Faith Anchor for This Season

This 90 days isn’t about self-reliance.
It’s about abiding.
Because I’ve learned something:
When I try to transform alone, I burn out.
When I abide, I bloom.
💰 What This Reset Includes
This transformation includes:
Fitness discipline
Fasting more frequently
PCOS-friendly eating
Budget tightening
Paying down debt
Saving more
Building my brand intentionally
Posting consistently
Healing emotionally
This is my soft life with structure era.
